Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged or defective

• The wrong item was delivered

• The item has a manufacturing defect

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

• The item has been worn, washed or altered

• The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery

• The item is returned without original packaging

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share your order details, photos of the item and reason for return

• Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours

• If approved, we will share the return address and process

3. Customised Orders

Please note that customised or personalised orders are non returnable and non refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered.

4. Shipping for Returns

• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

• Black The Sunshine is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
